An aperitif that I make on the occasion of holidays or onomastics.
- 2 cans of chopped tuna in oil
- 1-2 small red onions
- 1 red pepper (if it's a little pcant it's great)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 3 cubes melted cheese or 1/2 packet butter
- juice from a lemon
- 1 can of fish caviar (of any kind)
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- pepper with lemon
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chopped tuna paste with pickles:
Cut the canned tuna, turn it into a sieve and let it drain.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and pepper and put them in the bowl in which we will work.
Finely chop the cucumbers, squeeze well and add to the bowl.
After the tuna has drained, rub the melted cheese, then mix it with the ingredients in the bowl. Season with pepper and lemon juice and leave to cool.
Serve on toast and garnish with finely chopped dill.
